  • I had my first ever PSYCH-K session with Evija back in May 2025. I asked for her help because I wanted to quit smoking, a bad habit I have had for more than half of my life.


    I really saw the difference in my attitude and how I felt towards smoking only after the second session. But the feeling was strange and new.


    Over the next weeks I completely quit smoking and now I never feel annoyed by the smell of smoke. Evija was great explaining the process and also made me feel very comfortable during our sessions. I will gladly continue my journey with her in the future.
